Applying for a Championship for the First Time

In-State Vehicles:

Proof of Kentucky insurance (outcome date within 45 days)
Photo ID
Completed (TC96-182) and signed-over Kentucky title. (signatures must be notarized)

Out of State Vehicles:

Registering for the first time

Note:The 45-day result date requirement does non apply to: Military, Commercial, or Self-Insured policy types.
